At Keys of Life LLC, we are dedicated to providing compassionate client-focused counseling services to individuals and families struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues.
Our goal is to empower our clients to achieve their personal and professional goals while supporting their recovery, restoring dignity,
improving their overall quality of life.
Our Approach & Services
Our team of experienced counselors uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and
mindfulness practices, to help our clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. We believe in a holistic approach to
addressing both the mind and body.
We provide group therapy (3-4 days. week), individual counseling, family support & education, relapse prevention and life skills training,

- Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (Crisis, ED's, & Neurology)
- Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (Prison IOP settings)
- Licensed Professional Counselor - Resident
